1. Registration

The admission process begins with students registering for their selected medical universities abroad. Based on the student’s preferences, our team assists in initiating the registration process and ensures all preliminary steps are handled smoothly and accurately.

2. Documentation Submission

Applicants must submit scanned copies of required documents, including academic records, identification proofs, and NEET scorecard (if applicable). We provide a complete checklist and guidance to help students upload everything correctly on the respective university portals.

3. Admission Letter Issuance

Once the university reviews the application and submitted documents, an Admission Letter is issued. This confirms provisional acceptance and secures a temporary seat in the MBBS program.

4. Document Apostille & Verification

Students submit original academic documents, NEET results, and other required papers for official verification. These are apostilled and legally validated as per the destination country’s requirements through the appropriate authorities or embassy.

5. Letter of Invitation

After successful verification and completion of all formalities, the university issues a Letter of Invitation, confirming full and final admission. This document is necessary for the visa application.

6. Visa Application

With the Letter of Invitation, students proceed to apply for their student visa. Additional requirements may include a financial statement, medical test results, and a police clearance certificate. Visa processing generally takes between 15 to 30 working days, depending on the country.

7. Departure & Post-Arrival Assistance

Once the visa is approved, we assist with the full travel process—flight bookings, forex assistance, travel insurance, international SIM cards, and more. Upon arrival, students are supported with airport pickup, hostel allocation, and university onboarding, making the transition abroad smooth and stress-free.
